We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not needed anymore.”
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and spiritual reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Our support team will review the request within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back

Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued as:

Original Payment Method (for prepaid orders)

Store Credit / Coupon Code (in certain cases)
COD orders may receive refunds only as store credit.
Refunds will be credited to source account in 5 to 10 days.
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Replacement and Exchange policy
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

If a delivery fails due to:

Refusal to accept the package
Reshipping costs may apply, and a refund may not be issued.
8. Damaged or Missing Items Policy
