Return & Refund Policy

At Divine Anandam, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality spiritual and wellness products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product

  • An item is missing from your order

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Clear unboxing video/photo proof is required

We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not needed anymore.”


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and spiritual reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Rudraksha beads & malas

  • Energized/spiritual items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased during special sale or clearance

  2. Provide your order ID, issue description, and photo/video proof

  3. Our support team will review the request within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back

  5. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed


4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued as:

  • Original Payment Method (for prepaid orders)

  • Store Credit / Coupon Code (in certain cases)

COD orders may receive refunds only as store credit.

Refunds will be credited to source account in 5 to 10 days.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.



6. Replacement and Exchange policy

 We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Not responding to delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the package

Reshipping costs may apply, and a refund may not be issued.


8. Damaged or Missing Items Policy

To claim a replacement or refund:

  • Provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened without cuts or edits

  • Claims without valid proof may be rejected


9. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges, except in cases where:

  • The product delivered is incorrect or damaged

  • Proof is provided within 48 hours
