  • Within India: 3–7 working days

  • Metropolitan Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 working days

Shipping time may vary depending on location and courier partner.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges apply (displayed at checkout).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD fee may apply, if the service is available in your area.

  • Free Shipping: May be available on orders above a certain value (check current offers).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Incorrect Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer must provide the correct address.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video/photo.
We will resolve the issue on priority.

9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.
Each package will have its own tracking details.

10. Customs / Local Charges (For Future International Shipping)

Once international shipping is available, any customs duties or additional charges (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.
